Emily’s County Kitchen Sweet Potato and Almond Country Soup

  1. Melt butter and add onion.
  2. Cook for 5 mins gently
  3. Stir in cumin and almond meal
  4. Cook for 1 min
  5. Add sweet pot
  6. Cover with 750ml boiling water
  7. Cook med heat for 20 mins
  8. Blend
  9. Add cream before serving
