Sugar-free cookie dough
- Remove skins from chickpeas - pat dry and rub between kitchen roll, fingers or tea towel.
- Add chickpeas, nut or seed butter, vanilla extract, flour, date paste and salt to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add more nut butter or date paste if desired.
- Fold through chocolate chips or other add-ins of choice.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
- optional - drizzle with melted chocolate or sugarfree chocolate syrup (cocoa powder, coconut oil and powdered fake sugar)
