Sugar-free cookie dough

  1. Remove skins from chickpeas - pat dry and rub between kitchen roll, fingers or tea towel.
  2. Add chickpeas, nut or seed butter, vanilla extract, flour, date paste and salt to a food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and add more nut butter or date paste if desired.
  5. Fold through chocolate chips or other add-ins of choice.
  6. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
  7. optional - drizzle with melted chocolate or sugarfree chocolate syrup (cocoa powder, coconut oil and powdered fake sugar)
