Roast Chicken

a la Sheila Edwards

  1. Shove whole peeled onion in chicken
  2. Stuff tin foil to block openeing
  3. Little bit of oil (garlic infused or plain)
  4. Lots of salt
  5. Little pepper
  6. Little bit of light olive oil
  7. 190c to start with, lower to 180C to finish
  8. Cook until at temperature/about 90mins
