Quinoa San Choi Bow
- Heat sesame in wok on medium heat
- Add bean sprouts, green beans, carrot, celery, ginger, chilli, garlic, and peppers
- Stir fry for 7 to 10 mins until slightly browned
- Add quinoa, apple cider vinegar, tamari and lemon juice
- Cook for 2 mins
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Remove from heat
- Spoon into lettuce
- Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and springers
