Pasta, Beans, Tuna and Cheese
This highly nutritious recipe is perfect for a quick meal by yourself or a lavish feast for the entire family; simply scale the ingredients!
- Boil the pasta in a pan of water for 10 mins
- Drain the can of tuna and start to loosen it with a fork
- Open and stir the can of baked beans (with the fork)
- Cut the cheddar into cubes (approx 1cm across)
- Drain the pasta then return it to the pan
- Stir the beans, half the tuna and most of the cheese into the pasta
- Gently heat the pan until the cheese cubes are melting but still just visible
- (Optional) Divide the food onto one plate per diner
- Sprinkle the remaining tuna and cheese on top for decoration and texture
