Pasta, Beans, Tuna and Cheese

This highly nutritious recipe is perfect for a quick meal by yourself or a lavish feast for the entire family; simply scale the ingredients!

  1. Boil the pasta in a pan of water for 10 mins
  2. Drain the can of tuna and start to loosen it with a fork
  3. Open and stir the can of baked beans (with the fork)
  4. Cut the cheddar into cubes (approx 1cm across)
  5. Drain the pasta then return it to the pan
  6. Stir the beans, half the tuna and most of the cheese into the pasta
  7. Gently heat the pan until the cheese cubes are melting but still just visible
  8. (Optional) Divide the food onto one plate per diner
  9. Sprinkle the remaining tuna and cheese on top for decoration and texture
