Using avocado oil made the flatbreads softer and more flexible; Using butter instead made them crispier and less flexible.
If no milk is available, water can be used.
Wrapped in a tea towel, they stayed hot for 20 minutes.

- Add flour and salt to a bowl and mix together.
- Add avocado oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead until smooth.
- Divide dough into 8 pieces.
