Duck Pancakes

These shredded duck pancakes are delicious with sliced cucumber and hosin sauce.

P.S. Try your best not to overfill each pancake!

Duck

  1. Roast the duck
  2. Shred it

Pancakes

  1. Fold all ingredients in big mixing bowl using a spatula (because of boiling water!)
  2. Knead for 10 mins
  3. Stand for 30 mins
  4. Split into ping pong ball sized lumps
  5. Roll out until very thin on floured surface (don't need to be circular)
  6. Cook in dry pan for a min each side
