Duck Pancakes
These shredded duck pancakes are delicious with sliced cucumber and hosin sauce.
P.S. Try your best not to overfill each pancake!

Pancakes
- Fold all ingredients in big mixing bowl using a spatula (because of boiling water!)
- Knead for 10 mins
- Stand for 30 mins
- Split into ping pong ball sized lumps
- Roll out until very thin on floured surface (don't need to be circular)
- Cook in dry pan for a min each side
