Dry chicken wings
These crispy dry-rubbed chicken wings use a simple flour and spice mixture to create a flavorful crust without the need for deep frying.

- Preheat oven to 190°F (88°C).
- Mix the flour, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour olive oil into a separate bowl.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Rub the chicken wings with olive oil, then dredge them in the flour and spice mixture to coat fully.
- Line oven trays with parchment paper and spread the wings out evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the wings over.
- After another 20 minutes, turn them back over and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until fully crisp.
