Bolognese Sauce

  1. Fry onion, garlic, sage and rosemary in olive oil
  2. Add bacon and fry
  3. Add mince and fry
  4. Add cup of red wine and allow simmer
  5. Add tomato and simmer
  6. Add tomatoes, olives and pepper
  7. Add water as required, allow to simmer
  8. Add cheese
