Ingredients
Method
Olive oil
10 rashers bacon
500g mince
1 onions
4 glove of garlic
5 shakes of dried sage leaves
1 cups of red wine
2 bunches of oregano
4 sticks of rosemary
1 bunches of basil
800 ml Tomato puree
Medium container of olives
Small container semi sundried tomatoes
1 tsp pepper
Water as required
Parmesan cheese to taste
Fry onion, garlic, sage and rosemary in olive oil
Add bacon and fry
Add mince and fry
Add cup of red wine and allow simmer
Add tomato and simmer
Add tomatoes, olives and pepper
Add water as required, allow to simmer
Add cheese
