can make with beef or salmon

  1. Mince garlic and grate ginger. Put in a bowl with soy, brown sugar and dash of water. If using beef, cut into thin strips amd marinate in sauce. If using salmon, cube up the fillet into 1.5inch chunks but do not marinate.
  2. Julienne carrot, capsicum and snow peas. If using green beans instead of snow peasy top and tail then put aside to add to pan with meat. chop cucumber into half moons - put aside for serving raw
  3. Put rice on boil with 1 1/2 cup water- 10 mins cover at low boil; 10mins off heat.
  4. Quickly fry beef/salmon pieces, pour in remaining sauce once meat is cooked. If using green beans, add to pan to soften for 5 mins.
  5. Fry eggs
  6. Serve on rice with peanuts and mayo
