Beef Risotto

- Heat butter in pan
- Add onion and garlic, cook, stirring, until onion is soft
- Add mince, cook, stirring, until mince is browned
- Stir in crumbled stock cubes, water, undrained crushed tomatoes, paste and rice.
- Bring to boil, simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until almost all liquid is absorbed.
- Add peas, cover, cook until rice is tender.
- Remove from heat, stir in basil and half the cheese.
- Serve sprinkled with remaining cheese.
