Haricot beans and smashed superfood on sourdough

  1. Preheat the oven so it’s hot
  2. Stick the hash browns in the oven
  3. Wait until the hash browns are pretty much done
  4. Put the beans on
  5. Push the toast down
  6. Chop up the avocado
  7. When it’s all ready, pile the food on a plate (for a nice touch, consider buttering the toast)
