Banana bread

  1. heat oven to 175
  2. grease and flour a loaf tin
  3. cream oil/butter with sugar
  4. mix in eggs one at a time
  5. mix in mashed bananas, vanilla and vinegar
  6. combine flour, spices and nuts/choc
  7. fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined
  8. stir through milk
  9. bake for 50-60 mins - check at 45 mins: cover with baking paper if further cooking needed, bake further at 5 min intervals.
  10. cool in tin
