American pancakes

makes 7 thick American style pancakes if made in small pans (5inch)

option to mix through mashed banana or other fruit

  1. whisk together flour, milk and eggs.
  2. melt butter and mix into batter.
  3. let rest in the fridge until ready to use.
  4. heat small pans up with tiny knob of butter. Once butter is bubbling, add a ladle of batter. Flip when browned. Transfer to cooling rack.
  5. serve with berries, lime, yoghurt or maple syrup.
