American pancakes
makes 7 thick American style pancakes if made in small pans (5inch)
option to mix through mashed banana or other fruit
- whisk together flour, milk and eggs.
- melt butter and mix into batter.
- let rest in the fridge until ready to use.
- heat small pans up with tiny knob of butter. Once butter is bubbling, add a ladle of batter. Flip when browned. Transfer to cooling rack.
- serve with berries, lime, yoghurt or maple syrup.
